Welcome to Scale with Slice™, operated by Slice Of The Pie Marketing LLC (“Scale with Slice,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, platforms, tools, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using Scale with Slice, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
1. Use of Services
a. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our Services.
b. Account Responsibility
If you create an account with Scale with Slice, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Scale with Slice is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized account access.
c. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services for:
Any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose
Sending unsolicited or spam content
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any systems, data, or networks
Activities that interfere with or harm Scale with Slice’s operations, clients, or reputation
2. Services and Subscriptions
a. Overview
Scale with Slice provides sales optimization, client acquisition, and growth enablement services, including lead generation, sales closing support, and data-driven marketing campaigns, tailored to help businesses scale effectively.
b. Payments and Billing
Payments are due on the date specified in your invoice or plan. Late payments may result in suspension of Services after seven (7) days. A 5% late fee may apply to overdue balances.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information and authorize Scale with Slice to process payments securely through trusted processors (such as Stripe or others we may use). All payments are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement. Scale with Slice may modify pricing or billing terms with reasonable notice.
c. Plan Changes and Cancellations
You may request to modify or cancel your subscription or engagement at any time. Unless otherwise specified in writing, changes take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing or through your account dashboard.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, software, processes, materials, brand assets, and proprietary tools associated with Scale with Slice are the exclusive intellectual property of Slice Of The Pie Marketing LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or use any Scale with Slice intellectual property without prior written permission.
4. Client Content
a. Ownership
You retain ownership of any materials, data, or assets you provide to Scale with Slice (“Client Content”).
b. License to Use
By providing Client Content, you grant Scale with Slice a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, store, modify, and distribute it solely as needed to perform the Services.
c. Confidentiality
Scale with Slice agrees not to disclose, share, or misuse Client Content or confidential business information except as necessary to fulfill the Services or when required by law. Scale with Slice handles all client data in compliance with applicable data protection laws. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how client data is collected, processed, and stored.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Scale with Slice and Slice Of The Pie Marketing LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Scale with Slice in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
All Services are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
6. Independent Contractor Relationship
The relationship between Scale with Slice and the client is that of an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, or employer-employee relationship.
7. Force Majeure
Scale with Slice shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to government actions, natural disasters, labor disputes, technical failures, or war.
8. Termination
Scale with Slice may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if:
You breach these Terms;
Your payment fails, is disputed, or remains overdue;
You misuse or abuse the Services or act in a way that harms Scale with Slice or its clients.
Upon termination, all rights granted under these Terms will cease immediately, and you may lose access to related data or materials. Sections concerning IP, confidentiality, payments, limitation of liability, and independent contractor relationship will survive termination.
9. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Scale with Slice and the client and supersede any prior agreements, proposals, or representations, whether written or oral. No verbal statements, emails, or informal communications shall modify or override these Terms.
10. Modifications to Terms
We may update or modify these Terms periodically. The “Last Updated” date will reflect the latest version. Significant changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Your continued use of Scale with Slice after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
